Role Summary
Neurology District Sales Manager - Southeast District.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management; other specialty experience will be considered. Experience selling in the MS market desirable.
Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop high performing team of specialty sales representatives.
Required: Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
Required: Must possess and maintain a valid driverβΓΓ΄s license and an acceptable driving record, and be able to operate a motor vehicle as required for local, regional, and occasional overnight travel.
Required: Ability to secure and maintain reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships.
Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
Required: Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen.
Required: Must reside near major airport within the district.
Required: Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment.
Required: Experience in small company and start-up work environments.
Required: Ability to travel up to 75%.

Excellent people management/supervisory skills; strong ability to develop and coach specialty sales representatives, and the ability to lead and mentor the team.
