Role Summary
Neurology District Sales Manager – Northeast District. Lead a district sales team focused on CNS/neurology products, driving regional sales targets and talent development. Based in the Northeast District and residing near a major airport within the district, with travel up to 75% as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a district team of specialty sales representatives in neurology/CNS and related therapy areas.
- Recruit, retain and develop high-performing reps and build a strong leadership bench.
- Develop and execute district sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets, and monitor performance against business goals.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, customer facilities, and other stakeholders; facilitate credentialing as needed.
- Provide clinical and commercial leadership to the team; collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize market access and patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies; adapt to an innovative work environment.
- Manage territory planning and travel logistics to support local/regional activities; travel up to 75%.
Qualifications
- Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Preferred: 4 years of sales management experience.
- Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop high-performing specialty sales representatives.
- Required: Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
- Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, facilities, and government entities.
- Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships.
- Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Required: Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen.
- Required: Must reside near a major airport within the district.
- Required: Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment.

Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree preferred.
