Role Summary
Neurology District Sales Manager - Mid-Atlantic District. Oversee and drive sales performance within the district, emphasizing neurology-focused products and specialty sales leadership. Lead a team of specialty sales representatives, build client relationships, and ensure achievement of regional targets.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
- Achieve sales targets and drive growth within the neurology/CNS portfolio.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and stakeholders.
- Ensure credentialing requirements for providers and facilities are met.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen to inform strategy and decisions.
- Travel up to 75% as required to cover districts and meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
- Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 4 years of Sales Management experience preferred.
- Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management; MS market experience desirable.
- Required: Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel locally, regionally, and overnight as needed.
- Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing teams; proven sales and leadership track record.
- Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships.
- Required: Ability to maintain effectiveness in an innovative, startup-like environment.
- Required: Residency near major airport within the district.
