Role Summary
Neurology Account Manager in San Francisco, CA. Responsible for exceeding sales goals by delivering value to customers through differentiated products and services within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Execute and promote products in alignment to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy direction related to product promotion activities.
- Analyze local market, develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize appropriate use of the product in the defined territory.
- Maintain current knowledge of product, disease, competitive landscape, and market reimbursement.
- Determine and monitor optimal resource allocation (budgets, time, etc.) within the territory.
- Communicate effectively using advanced selling and negotiation skills to identified target audiences.
- Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels.
- Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed.
- Manage travel and promotional budget.
- Fulfill monitoring and reporting requirements including expenses and call reporting using approved systems.
- Maintain compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Meet and comply with credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, facilities, and governing bodies.
- Complete ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- BS or BA with GPA greater than 3.0.
- Valid driverโs license and a clean driving history.
- Self-starter with goal- and results-driven mindset and a proven track record of above-average results.
- Fortitude to sell, with a hunter mentality.
- Strong relationships and knowledge of the territory preferred.
- Ability to travel (may include overnight).
- Willingness for out-of-territory travel to HQs, training, and sales meetings.
- Flexible work hours, including meetings outside normal hours.
- Residence within the territory geography.
