Primary Responsibilities
- Execute and promote products in alignment with sales strategy in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy for product promotion.
- Analyze local market; develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize product use in the territory.
- Maintain current product, disease, competitive, and reimbursement knowledge.
- Determine, implement, and monitor optimal resource allocation (budgets, time, etc.) in the territory.
- Use advanced selling and negotiation skills to communicate persuasively with target audiences.
- Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels.
- Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed.
- Manage travel and promotional budget.
- Complete monitoring/reporting requirements (expenses and call reporting) using approved systems.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Meet industry-standard credentialing requirements for providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
- Additional ad-hoc projects as needed.

Education & Experience Requirements
- BS or BA with GPA > 3.0.
- Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving history.
- Self-starter; goal- and results-driven with proven above-average results.
- โ€œHunterโ€ mentality; ability to sell and compete.
- Strong relationships and territory knowledge (preferred).
- Ability to travel (may include overnights); may require out-of-territory travel and meetings outside normal working hours.
- Must reside within territory geography.

- Ability to navigate complex markets/organizations; outstanding work ethic/organizational skills.
- Effective selling/presentation; manage multiple priorities independently.
- Read situations quickly and adjust for roadblocks; customer-focused, self-motivated, computer proficient.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle for local/regional/occasional overnight travel.
