Role: Neurology Account Director responsible for launching and driving ongoing commercial success of Regeneron's C5 inhibitor for generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) across approximately 10-12 academic medical centers and neuromuscular specialty clinics in the Northeast US. Responsibilities: develop account plans for formulary access, stakeholder engagement, and market positioning; manage institutional relationships with neurology providers, pharmacists, and administrators; lead formulary submissions and P&T presentations; coordinate with market access teams and specialty pharmacies for reimbursement and patient access; track key metrics and prepare business reviews; build KOL relationships and represent Regeneron at neurology conferences. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (PharmD, RN, or life sciences advanced degree preferred); 10-12+ years in institutional pharma sales, market access, or account management, ideally with neurology or rare disease experience; strong clinical, institutional navigation, and stakeholder engagement skills; proficiency with CRM and analytics tools; willingness to travel 60-70%, residing within the territory. Preferred: experience with complement biology, neuromuscular diseases, infusion biologics launches, and familiarity with specialty pharmacy workflows, medical reimbursement, and buy-and-bill economics. High-Value: biologic for neuromuscular indication, launch experience, institutional account focus, complex stakeholder management, and extensive travel. Work setup: remote, with significant travel within the Northeast US.
