Neurology Account Director (NAD) β€” Remote, Mountain West (AZ, CO, ID, IA, KS, MN, MO, NM). Travel 60–70% (overnight).

Responsibilities
- Own/manage ~10–12 AMC and neuromuscular specialty center accounts as institutional commercial lead.
- Build and execute institutional account plans (formulary strategy, stakeholder mapping, competitive positioning, patient access pathways).
- Navigate P&T committees, pharmacy contracting, hospital administration, and infusion center operations.
- Build trust-based relationships with neurology department heads, treating neurologists, pharmacists, infusion nurses, and medical directors.
- Lead formulary/pathway submissions and P&T presentations to achieve preferred/unrestricted status.
- Partner with Market Access and Payer Account Directors to align contracting and resolve prior authorization barriers.
- Coordinate with specialty pharmacy partners and Patient Services to ensure reimbursement workflows for buy-and-bill infusion products.
- Track formulary status/pull-through, escalate systemic issues with data-driven recommendations.
- Identify/develop KOL relationships in neuromuscular medicine; represent at AAN/MGFA and other medical education events.
- Maintain CRM records; use IQVIA/Symphony data; track KPIs and present quarterly business reviews.

This Role Requires
- Bachelor’s degree (PharmD/RN/advanced life sciences strongly preferred).
- 10–12+ years institutional sales/market access/account management (pharma/biotech).
- Experience with hospital/AMC formulary processes, P&T engagement, and buy-and-bill contracting.
- Rare disease/neurology/specialty biologics success (ideally including launch experience).
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to execute competitive switch/conversion.
- CRM/analytics proficiency (IQVIA, Symphony Health, specialty pharmacy data).
- Independent management of complex, multi-stakeholder accounts; travel 60–70%.
- Residence within assigned territory.

Preferred
- Complement biology, neuromuscular disease, or C5/FcRn inhibitor experience.
- Existing neurology KOL or MGFA center-of-excellence relationships.
- Infusion biologic launch experience; specialty pharmacy hub/PAP/prior authorization knowledge.
