Responsibilities:
- Achieve all sales performance goals and objectives for the assigned geography in psychiatry (Lincoln, NE area), including performance of an approved long-acting injectable and promotion of existing Psychiatry products.
- Coordinate with sales leadership and other Teva functions (market access, sales operations, training) in a compliant, ethical manner.
- Develop territory business plans; sell in multiple settings of care; identify key business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with HCPs and office staff; provide product and patient education.
- Conduct product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Maintain call average per the sales plan with top target customers.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance and effectiveness.
- Adhere to all Teva compliance policies and guidelines.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Full-time documented B2B sales experience preferred.
- Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred; psychiatric therapeutic area experience strongly preferred.
- Record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships.
- Experience launching psychiatric products across multiple settings of care.
- Sales Specialist: minimum 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: minimum 7 years.
Skills/Requirements:
- Ability to interact with customers in live/virtual environments and use technology.
- Knowledge of reimbursement and pull-through strategies; experience in CMHC, specialty pharmacy, and private practice.
- Strong communication/presentation; leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Proven written/verbal communication; CMHC calling experience plus.
- Travel as required; valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record; pass background/motor/drug screening; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
