Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales performance goals for the assigned geography (psychiatry space), including performance of an approved long-acting injectable and promotion of existing Psychiatry products.
- Build and maintain compliant, ethical relationships with HCPs and office staff; analyze trends and provide value in customer interactions.
- Develop territory business plans and sell across different settings of care; identify key business opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales leadership and internal partners (market access, sales operations, training).
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing; consult with physicians/nurses/office staff to promote products and deliver product/patient education.
- Maintain required call average and use problem-solving to improve performance and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- Full-time documented B2B sales experience preferred.
- Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred; psychiatric therapeutic area experience strongly preferred.
- Record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships.
- Experience launching psychiatric products across multiple settings of care.
- Sales Specialist: minimum 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: minimum 7 years (level commensurate with experience/performance).
Required/Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with live/virtual customer interactions and technology.
- Understanding of reimbursement, pull-through strategies, and settings (CMHC, specialty pharmacy, private practice).
- Demonstrated leadership/interpersonal skills; strong written/verbal communication.
- Experience calling on CMHC (plus). Valid US driverโs license; travel as required; pass background/motor/drug screening; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
