Role: The NeuroCare Sales Specialist is responsible for launching and growing sales of a potential first-in-class treatment for Tourette Syndrome, focusing on market adoption and building relationships with healthcare providers. Responsibilities: develop and execute territory strategies, conduct physician detailing and patient education, manage key accounts, analyze sales data, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet sales targets while ensuring compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; documented business-to-business sales experience, with pharmaceutical or specialty therapeutics sales preferred; 1+ years for Senior level, 7+ for Executive; strong communication, leadership, and technology skills; knowledge of neurology, psychiatry, or complex disease states advantageous. High-Value: Neurology, psychiatry, specialty therapeutics, complex disease markets, product launch, provider engagement, and reimbursement knowledge.
