Role: NeuroCare Sales Specialist responsible for launching and promoting a potential first-in-class treatment for Tourette Syndrome, with a focus on market adoption and customer engagement. Responsibilities: build relationships with healthcare providers, deliver product demonstrations, provide education on therapy, develop tailored account strategies, analyze sales data, and ensure compliance with policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; documented B2B sales experience, preferably in pharma; experience in neurology or complex disease states is preferred; 1+ years for Senior, 7+ years for Executive level; strong communication, leadership, and therapeutic knowledge; valid US driver’s license; proficiency with technology. High-Value: specialty pharmaceutical sales, neurology/psychiatry, CNS disorders, rare diseases, product launch experience, and cross-functional collaboration. Work Setup: based near Memphis, Germantown, or Southaven, TN, with regular travel including air and overnight trips.
