Role: NeuroCare Sales Specialist responsible for launching and promoting a potential first-in-class treatment for Tourette Syndrome within a defined territory. Objectives include maximizing sales growth, building trusted healthcare provider relationships, and establishing market presence in a new therapeutic area. Responsibilities: engage with HCPs through product demonstrations and education, develop tailored account strategies, analyze sales data to inform planning, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; healthcare sales experience, with preference for pharmaceutical or specialty therapeutics background; 1+ years for Senior level, 7+ years for Executive level; strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills. Preferred: experience in neurology, psychiatry, rare diseases, or complex healthcare accounts; familiarity with reimbursement and market access; proficiency with virtual engagement tools.
