Role: NeuroCare Sales Specialist responsible for launching and driving adoption of a potential first-in-class treatment for Tourette Syndrome. Objectives include building relationships with healthcare providers, executing strategic territory plans, and achieving sales targets in neurology/psychiatry markets. Responsibilities involve physician detailing, product education, account management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on market access and patient support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience (pharmaceutical sales preferred), with experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders. Preferred skills include knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, and therapeutic areas like neurology, psychiatry, or rare diseases, along with familiarity with new product launches in specialty pharma. Experience in neurology or psychiatry and managing specialty accounts is highly valued. Must demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and technology skills, with the ability to interact virtually and face-to-face. Travel is regular, including potential air travel and overnight trips. Location: Candidates should be based in or near Allentown, Reading, or Bethlehem, PA. Salary range is $88,000–$160,000, aligned with experience and role level, plus sales incentives.
