Responsibilities:
- Ensure end-to-end program alignment with global S&T Transfer Excellence strategy and regional business priorities.
- Support regional network changes, product introductions, and capacity expansions.
- Lead and manage a team supporting technology transfer program planning and execution.
- Oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple transfer initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure execution readiness and alignment.
- Drive governance and communication across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Process Development, Regulatory, and site teams.
- Manage competing priorities; ensure effective escalation and issue resolution.
- Support transfer programs for small molecule and/or large molecule manufacturing.
- Partner with technical teams to meet milestones and address transfer risks.
- Monitor progress and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support process scale-up and transfer readiness planning from a PM perspective.
- Leverage digital tools for project tracking, visibility, and execution management.
- Support regulatory inspections and audits as needed.
- Contribute to supply network planning and alignment with global supply chain strategy.
- Coach/develop team members and foster accountability and execution excellence.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or technical operations.
- 5+ years managing projects/portfolios in a matrix environment supporting technology transfer across small/large molecule sites.
- Understanding of small molecule and/or large molecule manufacturing.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Experience in process improvement and operational excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience across the North America manufacturing network.
- Exposure to digital tools supporting manufacturing/transfer execution.
- Experience supporting regulatory inspections or audits.
- Understanding of global supply chain and network strategy.
