National Training Manager (NTM) supports Access and Reimbursement Training for the Rheumatology Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) organization, designing and delivering training solutions and ensuring Training & Development and Franchise Strategy are represented.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions that increase participant effectiveness and credibility
- Build trust with stakeholders through regular interaction, feedback, and proven partnerships
- Use existing Learning & Development core platforms/content to reduce duplication
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Provide candid verbal/written feedback to participants, with plans to improve performance
- Coach and adjust techniques based on participant skill level
- Develop Guest Trainers and/or Regional Field Trainers through meaningful roles and ongoing learning
- Apply knowledge of stakeholder business priorities and integrate training into franchise business plans
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and may manage special projects
- Support onboarding, development, and mentorship of other NFTs; collaborate to foster positive peer relationships
- Execute with minimal guidance from senior leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree
- Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
- Experience developing and using learning/teaching platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, Rise Articulate, iSpring)
- Experience working within and using an LMS
- 5+ years pharmaceutical field experience as an Account Executive or Field Access Specialist; strong knowledge of medical buy-and-bill
- Knowledge of applicable regulations/standards (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP)
- Experience leading projects with regional/national impact
- Proven ability to partner across management levels and align training to business strategy
- Ability to integrate business trends/brand strategies/marketplace drivers
Preferred:
- Masterβs degree
- Prior access and reimbursement experience with medical buy-and-bill products
- Knowledge/exposure to health sciences, market access, and/or account management
