National Field Trainer (NFT) supports a Brand or Franchise organization in designing and delivering training solutions to a field sales organization, ensuring training & development and brand strategy are represented in all programs. Builds relationships with key stakeholders and provides performance coaching, strategy alignment/execution, and training fundamentals to enhance participant learning.

Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions that increase effectiveness and credibility of participants
- Builds trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction, evidenced by feedback and proven working partnerships
- Leverages existing Learning & Development core platforms and content within specific Franchise/Brand training products to limit duplicative efforts
- Communicates directly and openly with key stakeholders to ensure positive relationships and mutual alignment
- Provides candid, specific verbal and written feedback, including a plan for improved performance
- Adjusts coaching and training techniques based on participants’ skill levels
- Develops Rotational Trainers and/or Guest Trainers through meaningful class roles and one-to-one coaching with performance feedback
- Integrates training activities into brand team business plans using knowledge of stakeholder businesses, strategies, and priorities
- Serves as a product and disease-state expert and as an expert in non-therapeutic areas (e.g., customer and business skills)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of regulations/standards affecting pharmaceutical products (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP)
- Project management experience and/or proven ability to manage in a matrixed organization
- High-performing sales track record and understanding of success drivers in a commercial organization
- Ability to work with individuals at all management levels to build partnerships and align training with business strategy
- Proven ability to integrate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers
- Preferred: Rotational Trainer, District Sales Trainer, or Guest Trainer experience
