National Director, US Field Medical Cardiomyopathy

Role: National Director, US Field Medical Cardiomyopathy, leading a team of Field Medical professionals to support BMS cardiovascular medicines, specifically Mavacamten, across all clinical trial phases and launch. Responsibilities: oversee medical field activities, drive scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and thought leaders, support clinical trial site identification and investigator interactions, develop and implement the national Field Medical plan, and ensure medical compliance and strategic alignment. Manage and develop Regional Associate Directors and Region Directors, providing coaching and ensuring team performance. Requirements: MD, PharmD, PhD, or relevant pharmaceutical experience with 8+ years in clinical/pharmaceutical roles, including 6+ years in Field Medical leadership; deep knowledge of cardiovascular diseases and clinical trial processes; proven experience managing teams and stakeholder engagement.
