Role: The National Business Director leads training, market engagement, and launch readiness for Belite Bio's first-in-class retinal therapy, Tinlarebant, targeting Stargardt disease and dry AMD. Responsibilities include developing and executing training strategies with sales, marketing, and market access teams; partnering with key ophthalmology accounts and advocacy groups to optimize patient identification and education; and analyzing treatment trends to inform market strategies. The position also oversees stakeholder collaborations, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and drives market penetration efforts.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 12+ years in biopharma with leadership experience; 10+ years managing diverse sales teams with proven revenue growth. Deep knowledge of rare/orphan disease markets, ophthalmology, or eye care is essential. Experience with product launches, customer development, and navigating complex reimbursement environments is preferred.
