National Account Manager
Zoetis
Position Summary
- Livestock/Equine National Accounts Manager, US Operations (field based/remote). Utilize national account management, solution selling, project/territory management, and business planning to maximize sales performance within assigned accounts.
- Up to 60% travel; some evening/weekend work for educational programs, national conferences, and sales meetings.
Position Responsibilities
- Maximize ZTS revenues against strategic contracts and agreements.
- Meet aggregate sales objectives overall and for key growth products via demand generation.
- Implement and execute joint partnership programs to exceed contract goals.
- Launch new and grow existing product sales and service offerings using selling skills, technical knowledge, and Customer Value Delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders.
- Move between technical product expertise and business development discussions; consistently demonstrate Solution Selling skills.
- Build effective relationships with partner/customer teams; maintain relevance/access and follow Zoetis contract guidelines (business planning, resource allocation, optimization).
Education and Experience
- Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) required.
- 2+ years of Zoetis experience preferred.
Technical Skills Requirements
- Strategic account management; proven sales success driving performance.
- Strong verbal/written/presentation/interpersonal communication.
- Proficiency: MS Office, Salesforce.com, Tableau.
- Strong project management; cross-functional influence; analytics/insights-driven decision making.
- Ability/willingness to travel extensively and work some weekends.
Benefits / Compensation (as stated)
- Salary + AIP; base salary range: $93,000β$134,000.
