Role Summary
National Account Director-Vaccines. Remote/Field role focusing on strategic partnerships and high-value customers within National Health Systems to maximize vaccine sales; responsible for achieving sales and marketing objectives, contract development, and leadership across national accounts.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales and Marketing Objectives in support of meeting/exceeding financial/revenue targets and operational objectives within assigned National Health Systems.
- Achieve KPIs for assigned customer segments.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships and contractual agreements with high-value customers.
- Lead strategy development aligned with channel and brand marketing objectives; maintain C-Suite relationships; establish team selling with internal stakeholders; liaise with GPOs and indirect channels.
- Engage senior leadership, coordinate with headquarters, field management, and external partners; negotiate high-level B2B contracts and transactions.
- Lead special projects based on market knowledge and customer responsibility; contribute to sales/marketing strategies and development.
- Support education of internal stakeholders on National Accounts segments; assist in developing sales strategies and field training.
- Apply market knowledge to contract development across key segments; understand distributor operations and support business processes and technology solutions.
- Support Membership Management for all contract types and utilize data sources to identify trends and drive sales.
- Develop and maintain business continuity plans aligned with brand and customer goals; ensure engagement metrics are met.
- Execute sales operations duties (contract performance management, membership management, activity recording).
- Lead/cparticipate in collaborative selling; communicate customer/market insights to inform field sales and operations.
Qualifications
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience calling on Large Organizational Customers and managing Health System relationships.
- Field-based role with travel 25–40%; geographic coverage national.
