Role Summary

The Director, National Accounts develops and manages strategic partnerships, high quality B2B relationships, and contractual agreements with Sanofi Pasteurβ€šΓ„Γ΄s high-value customers. Assigned customers and partnerships developed have regional/national scope, significant market impact (both direct and indirect influence) and establish market access (supply and contract/pricing nationally) to Sanofi Vaccines products creating a platform to maximize vaccine sales within all customer segments.

This position is REMOTE/Field and responsible for achieving/exceeding sales and marketing objectives across high value/dose volume customers within National Health Systems. The role requires expertise in brand/segment strategy, product knowledge, contracting and pricing platforms, membership management processes, and data transactions. Strong business analytics and customer insights are essential to market strategy, sales plans, and field direction.

This role leads for National Health Systems, including strategy development, high-value relationships, contract development/negotiation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners. It requires engagement with senior leadership and a deep understanding of Sanofi Vaccines operations and customer revenue models.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales and Marketing Objectives to meet/exceed financial/revenue targets within National Health Systems.
  • Achieve KPIs for assigned customer segments.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships and execute contractual agreements with high-value customers.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA required, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3β€šΓ„Γ¬5 years of diverse experience calling on Large Organizational Customers and owning the relationship at the Health System level.
