Position Summary:
The National Account Director (NAD), Strategic IDNs & Integrated Health Systems is the primary customer-facing lead for institutional engagement, account management, and contracting execution across major national Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and academic medical centers.

Responsibilities:
- Tailored Account Planning: Design and execute account strategies and business plans to drive access, formulary inclusion, and utilization growth.
- Landscape Assessment: Conduct market intelligence on healthcare delivery models, utilization controls, and health system economics.
- Trend Analysis: Track account-level economics, budget impacts, policy/practice changes, and competitive access dynamics.
- Business Case Development: Create data-driven access strategy business cases and commercial recommendations.
- C-Suite Influence: Build relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., Chief Pharmacy Officers, clinical pharmacists, medical directors, P&T Committee members).
- Clinical Alignment: Partner to align institutional clinical protocols with therapeutic benefits.
- Operational Relationships: Coordinate with billing, procurement, reimbursement, and patient assistance teams.
- Contract Execution: Lead complex contract negotiations and manage the full contract lifecycle.
- Complex Access Navigation: Drive access pathways across buy-and-bill mechanics and benefit/pricing structures (ASP, WAC, 340B).
- Performance Accountability: Conduct QBRs to monitor utilization/compliance and resolve friction points.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Market Access, HEOR/RWE, Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Trade/Distribution.
- Field Pull-Through: Coordinate field sales, reimbursement managers, and patient support for localized execution.
- Educational Resource Utilization: Deploy approved resources to support reimbursement navigation.
- Launch & Pipeline Readiness: Prepare systems for future pipeline assets.
- Ethics & Compliance: Adhere to code of conduct and applicable laws/policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech account management, market access, or institutional network management.
- Experience launching new products/complex biologics in specialized or rapid-response categories.
- Documented active access to pharmacy directors, medical directors, and influential decision-makers.
- Deep buy-and-bill biologics and pathway-to-acquisition knowledge (ASP, WAC, 340B).
- Ability to coordinate multiple complex tasks and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong digital skills (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Travel up to 60%.

Preferred:
- Masterโ€™s degree (MBA, PharmD, MHA, MS).
