Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in biopharma, with 5+ years in government payer or reimbursement roles; 5+ years in oncology account management; deep knowledge of US healthcare payer landscape, Medicaid policies, and oncology drug access, especially buy-and-bill. Skills: strategic thinking, negotiation, relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, compliance expertise; travel up to 50%.
