Role: NA & GCSO Performance Center Senior Specialist supporting compliance monitoring and training within Johnson & Johnson's Healthcare Compliance organization in North America. Responsibilities: lead complex risk-based monitoring reviews to identify compliance gaps, document findings, and support trend analysis; coordinate and deliver regionally assigned compliance training programs; provide guidance to peers; contribute to continuous process improvements; and support operational and compliance documentation standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or Law); 5-8 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or analytics; strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and documentation skills; experience in regulated environments with audit readiness. High-Value: focus on healthcare compliance, risk monitoring, and training execution within a global pharma context, across multiple US locations; fluency in English; ability to analyze large transactional datasets and interpret compliance risks. Work Setup: Locations include Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; or Horsham, PA, with responsibilities spanning multiple workstreams requiring strong organizational skills.
