NA & GCSO Performance Center Senior Specialist

Role: NA & GCSO Performance Center Senior Specialist supporting risk-based monitoring and compliance training within Johnson & Johnson's Healthcare Compliance organization. Responsibilities: conduct complex monitoring reviews of transactional and behavioral data to identify compliance risks, document findings, and support trend analysis; lead and coordinate regional compliance training programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to curricula; contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring methodologies, controls, and reporting processes; provide guidance to peers and escalate issues as needed.
