MULTI-SKILLED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / Maintenance Mechanic (Decatur, AL)

Role: Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, and repairing electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment at the Decatur, AL site. Primary objectives include ensuring equipment reliability, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting complex systems including PLCs, VFDs, motors, and controls. Responsibilities: execute maintenance tasks, upgrade equipment, develop solutions for equipment deficiencies, and assist with long-term reliability improvements. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience in multi-craft environments; successful completion of 3M Maintenance Skilled Craft test; legal authorization to work in the U.S. Additional preferred qualifications include a technical degree, experience with manufacturing equipment such as pumps, motors, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and proficiency with electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
