Multi-Discipline Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering and maintenance activities to ensure reliability and optimal equipment performance
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to operators, technicians, and external partners
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies based on equipment criticality
- Lead and execute equipment, utility, and facility improvement initiatives
- Manage engineering projects including planning, budgeting, and vendor oversight
- Ensure all maintenance and engineering activities meet safety and regulatory compliance standards
- Oversee documentation including maintenance plans, specifications, and engineering records

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- Minimum five years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industry
- Proven experience leading maintenance programs and technical teams
- Strong understanding of equipment lifecycle management and reliability principles
- Solid knowledge of good manufacturing practices and quality standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills across cross-functional teams

Desirable Requirements:
- Advanced degree in engineering or related discipline
- Experience implementing advanced maintenance strategies such as reliability-centered maintenance

Benefits (as stated):
- Salary expected to range from $98,700 to $183,300 annually; includes performance-based cash incentive and, depending on level, eligibility for annual equity awards
