MSL - West

Role: Medical Science Liaison supporting Definium Therapeutics' psychiatric portfolio, focusing on psychedelics and neuropsychiatry treatments. Responsibilities: build and maintain relationships with KOLs, clinical investigators, and stakeholders; serve as a scientific resource; support education at conferences and advisory boards; gather field insights; assist with clinical trial site identification and enrollment; support investigator-initiated trials and Phase IV activities; collaborate with policy and HEOR teams; represent the company at events; ensure compliance in all interactions. Requirements: advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DNP); 2–5+ years in medical affairs or MSL roles, preferably with psychiatry or CNS experience; strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment approaches; excellent communication and scientific dialogue skills; familiarity with CRM and insight tools; comfortable working in a fast-paced biotech environment; willing to travel up to 60%.
