MSL Team Lead - US East

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Team Lead responsible for developing and executing the regional MSL strategy to support Sarepta’s neurology/neuromuscular and rare disease portfolio, including Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Responsibilities: oversee regional MSL team, foster scientific relationships with KOLs, contribute to data generation and communication strategies, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure team compliance with industry regulations. Manage team development, training, and operational activities, including KPI tracking and administrative tasks. Requirements: graduate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP/PA, DPT, MSN), 12-15+ years of professional experience with 5-7+ years in field medical roles, proven leadership and strategic planning skills, deep therapeutic knowledge, and strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
