Qualifications: Graduate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP/PA, DPT, MSN), with 12-15+ years of professional experience, including 5-7+ years in field medical roles. Proven leadership in team management, strategic planning, and scientific exchange; deep knowledge of Sarepta’s product portfolio, industry landscape, and therapeutic areas. Skills required include excellent communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong emphasis on scientific rigor, compliance, and results orientation. Work setup: Hybrid environment in the U.S., with some travel to company events and conferences.
