MSL Team Lead - US East

Role: Senior leader overseeing the global Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team within Sarepta's neurology/neuromuscular therapeutic area, focused on Duchenne muscular dystrophy and related diseases. Responsibilities include developing and executing the regional MSL strategy, guiding scientific engagement with key opinion leaders, and ensuring team scientific rigor and compliance. The role entails people management, coaching, cross-functional collaboration on data communication strategies, and representing the company at scientific forums. The leader will also contribute to MSL training, processes, and thought leader strategies.

Qualifications: Graduate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP/PA, DPT, MSN) with 12-15+ years of professional experience, including 5-7+ years in field medical roles. Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities are required. Strong knowledge of Sarepta’s portfolio, competitive landscape, therapeutic areas, and scientific literature is essential.
