MSL Team Lead - US East

Role: The MSL Team Lead reports to the VP, Global Medical Affairs Strategy, overseeing regional Medical Science Liaison teams focused on neurology and neuromuscular diseases, including Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Objectives include developing the team’s scientific expertise, strategic planning, and fostering relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Responsibilities encompass implementing medical tactics aligned with global strategies, guiding team development, ensuring scientific rigor, and supporting data generation and communication. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration, scientific education, conference representation, and compliance oversight. Qualifications: Graduate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP/PA, DPT, MSN) with 12-15+ years of professional experience, including 5-7+ years in field medical roles. The candidate should demonstrate leadership in scientific discourse, team management, and strategic execution, with deep knowledge of Sarepta’s product portfolio, the competitive landscape, and relevant scientific literature.
