Medical Affairs
Role: Field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/Senior MSL supporting AbbVie's therapeutic areas, including immunology, oncology, and neuroscience, across specified territories (Minnesota, Wisconsin, North and South Dakota). Objectives: Provide scientific and medical support to healthcare professionals, promote AbbVie's research and development efforts, and support external research initiatives.

Responsibilities: Develop and sustain relationships with thought leaders and healthcare providers; communicate scientific data on disease states, therapies, and AbbVie's products; support research activities including site evaluation, investigator recruitment, and external collaborations; serve as a scientific resource to HCPs and internal teams; train Medical Affairs and sales staff; ensure compliance and documentation; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic medical activities.

Qualifications: Advanced degree (Pharm D, MD/DO, PhD, or APP), with at least 3 years relevant experience for Senior MSL and 0-2 years for MSL. Proficiency in communication, scientific education, and territory management; ability to travel up to 75%; must meet industry credentialing requirements.
