MSL/Senior MSL, Specialty – (Washington, DC)

Role: Field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/Senior MSL supporting AbbVie's research and commercial objectives within a specific therapeutic area, primarily engaging healthcare professionals to share scientific information. Responsibilities: develop and maintain relationships with thought leaders, present data on disease states and AbbVie products across the product lifecycle, support research initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs and Commercial, and provide medical education and training. Qualifications: advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, or equivalent), minimum 3 years relevant experience for Senior MSL or 0-2 years for MSL, with preferred expertise in endocrinology, metabolic, obesity, or gastroenterology. Skills include excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to travel up to 75%.
