MSL - Mid West

Role: Medical Science Liaison supporting Definium Therapeutics' psychiatry portfolio, including psychedelics and neuropsychiatric treatments. Responsibilities: develop relationships with KOLs, investigators, and stakeholders; serve as a scientific resource; support educational and advisory activities; gather insights to inform R&D; assist with clinical trial site identification and Phase IV activities; collaborate with government affairs and HEOR; represent the company at mental health and policy events. Requirements: advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DNP) preferred; 2-5 years in MSL or medical affairs, with psychiatry/CNS experience preferred; strong understanding of psychiatric disorders and treatment paradigms; excellent communication and scientific presentation skills; familiarity with CRM and insight tools; comfortable in a high-growth biotech environment; willingness to travel up to 60%.
