About the role:
- Own business value delivery and lifecycle management of core MSAT digital systems including PLM, ELN & CPV software, aligned with MSAT and GSQ priorities.
- Act as business owner/single point of accountability; define roadmap and value realization with DD&T and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure systems are fit-for-purpose, adopted, and embedded in MSAT processes to improve process understanding, lifecycle management, and manufacturing performance.
- Drive standardization, scalability, and integration of MSAT systems across sites and modalities.

How you will contribute:
- Own MSAT system lifecycle (strategy/roadmap through deployment, adoption, continuous improvement).
- Serve as Business Owner/Business Process Owner (BPO): define requirements, process design, governance, success metrics, and value realization.
- Define/maintain roadmaps and priorities aligned to MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D.
- Partner with DD&T to translate business needs into scalable, compliant system operations.
- Ensure deployment and adoption via change management, user engagement, training, and process integration.
- Drive value outcomes (improved process knowledge management, enhanced CPV/lifecycle monitoring, increased efficiency, reduced manual effort).
- Establish governance (demand intake/prioritization, roadmap decisions, cross-functional alignment).
- Ensure data/process integration across PLM, ELN, CPV, and data platforms.
- Primary interface between MSAT and stakeholders (Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Engineering).

What you bring to Takeda:
- Master’s or PhD in engineering or life sciences; ~10 years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in MSAT and/or process engineering.
- Experience as business/process/product owner for digital systems.
- Strong understanding of MSAT processes, product lifecycle management, manufacturing and quality environments.
- Hands-on experience with PLM, ELN, CPV/process monitoring tools.
- Experience partnering with DD&T in a business–technology model.
- Stakeholder management, prioritization/roadmap planning, change management and adoption.
