Role: MR Excellence Leader for Academics, responsible for fostering customer success through academic engagement, optimizing clinical workflows, and supporting imaging quality at top medical centers. Responsibilities: develop clinical relationships, promote advanced system features and protocols, provide training and support, liaise with stakeholders, and relay customer insights to product teams. Requirements: associate degree or equivalent, 5+ years MRI technical/clinical experience, ARRT certification, based in or willing to relocate to San Diego, with ability to travel 3-4 days weekly locally. Preferred skills include strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
