Role Summary
The Mixing Operator III operates mixing and granulation equipment in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures and maintains 100% cGMP and compliance to ensure the production of quality products.
Responsibilities
- Perform and verify complex equipment cleaning and operation of various types of industrial size mixing equipment.
- Observe production and ensure all batches finish in time to meet monthly production targets; monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Review PBR for correctness after Mixing and Granulation activities are complete; sign and hand over to Supervisor.
- Ensure all equipment in the department is grounded before starting any batch; follow daily Production Schedule and assign work accordingly.
- Monitor the ability and skill of Mixing & Granulation Operator Level I and II and submit recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School or GED General HS Curriculum - Preferred
- Experience: With HS/GED — 5 years or more experience in Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing environment.
- Experience: Less than HS/GED — 6 years or more proven related experience in Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing environment.
