Mixing Operator III

Role Summary

The Mixing Operator III operates mixing and granulation equipment in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures and maintains 100% cGMP and compliance to ensure the production of quality products.

Responsibilities

• Perform and verify complex equipment cleaning and operation of various types of industrial size mixing equipment.
• Observe production and ensure all batches finish in time to meet monthly production targets; monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Review PBR for correctness after Mixing and Granulation activities are complete; sign and hand over to Supervisor.
• Ensure all equipment in the department is grounded before starting any batch; follow daily Production Schedule and assign work accordingly.
• Monitor the ability and skill of Mixing & Granulation Operator Level I and II and submit recommendations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED General HS Curriculum - Preferred
• Experience: With HS/GED — 5 years or more experience in Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing environment.
• Experience: Less than HS/GED — 6 years or more proven related experience in Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing environment.

• Flexible to work extended hours when required

• Attention to detail and accuracy

Education

• High School or GED (General HS Curriculum) - Preferred

• OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test required
