Role: Manager Work Order Administration CMMS Process Owner at Amgen's new biomanufacturing site in Holly Springs, NC, overseeing maintenance planning, CMMS data integrity, and asset management for the facility supporting biopharma drug substance production. Responsibilities: lead team of planners and data coordinators; develop and implement asset maintenance strategies; manage inventory and work order backlog; optimize planning accuracy and compliance with cGMP; collaborate with corporate IT and site functions to enhance CMMS functionality and performance; ensure safety and resource efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field plus 5+ years of maintenance and CMMS experience; previous managerial leadership; experience in regulated industries such as biotech/pharma; knowledge of electro-mechanical systems; proficiency with CMMS, Excel, and data query tools; problem-solving skills. Preferred: 3+ years in military, engineering, or maintenance roles; management experience; biotech or pharma industry experience; strong troubleshooting and facilitation skills.
