Mgr Engr-Data Product

Role: Manage and lead a data engineering team within 3M's Enterprise Finance, focusing on delivering data products and integration solutions across financial, tax, and treasury systems. Responsibilities: oversee the delivery of the OneStream Lakehouse integration involving 19+ ERP systems, manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, build team capabilities, ensure delivery aligns with compliance (SOX) and quality standards, and support broader financial data modernization initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years in data engineering or product delivery, with experience in cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Lakehouse architectures, and financial data systems (ERP, SAP). Preferred skills include experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Apache Iceberg, and prior leadership in cross-functional or enterprise environments. High-Value: enterprise finance, cloud-based data platforms, ERP integrations (SAP HANA, S/4HANA), financial close systems, SOX compliance, and data governance.
