Role: Field-based Medical Value Liaison (MVL) for U.S. Medical Affairs, focusing on engaging healthcare decision-makers across population health, payers, and health systems to support evidence-based patient outcomes. Responsibilities: develop strategic account plans, communicate scientific and health economic data, gather insights on disease management and treatment pathways, and serve as a scientific resource. Collaborate with internal teams like Value & Access and Medical Affairs, and represent Ipsen at scientific events. Requirements: Doctoral degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, Nursing), 2-3 yearsβ experience with U.S. payers or health systems, strong knowledge of healthcare policy, HEOR, and observational research; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; willingness to travel 50-70%. Preferred: Post-doctoral training or experience in oncology, neurology, or rare diseases, with expertise in pharmacoeconomics or health outcomes. High-Value: Oncology, neurology, rare disease focus; HEOR, population health, health policy, and engagement with complex healthcare payers and systems. Work setup: Field-based in the U.S. with significant travel.
