Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service) (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Donor registration and screening technician at a plasma collection center, responsible for verifying donor eligibility, conducting health assessments, and ensuring compliance with SOPs. Responsibilities: assist donors through health history review, vital signs measurement, finger sticks, and educating donors on plasma products and procedures; manage donor data entry, handle inquiries, and monitor donor reactions; maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to safety protocols. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months experience in customer service or clerical roles, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills; ability to perform manual tasks, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.
