Responsibilities: conduct health history assessments, perform vital signs and finger sticks, educate donors on plasma products, answer inquiries, monitor donor reactions, and maintain compliance with safety standards. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; training in phlebotomy or donor screening preferred; ability to perform health screenings and operate electronic data systems. Preferred skills: bilingual capabilities and cross-training in other center operations.
