Medical Science Liaison/Sr. MSL, Hematology - Great Lakes

Role: Hematology Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/Senior MSL supporting Genmab's oncology and hematology portfolio. Objectives include developing relationships with healthcare providers, supporting medical education, and facilitating scientific exchange to promote Genmab products and pipeline. Responsibilities encompass territory planning, engaging thought leaders, providing insights, supporting product launches, managing investigator-sponsored trials, and representing the company at scientific forums. Requirements: Advanced medical/scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD), with at least 2 years' MSL or Medical Affairs experience in oncology/hematology preferred. Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally, with strong communication skills and understanding of compliance regulations (FDA, GCP, HIPAA). Preferred experience includes product launches and familiarity with healthcare access environments. High-value specifics: focus on oncology/hematology, hematology/oncology clinical expertise, support for pipeline products, and approximately 50% domestic travel in IL/WI. Work setup: field-based role.
