Role: Field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) within Ipsenβs U.S. Neuroscience Medical Affairs team, focusing on migraine and headache therapeutics. Objectives include engaging with thought leaders, investigators, and healthcare providers to exchange scientific insights, support clinical research, and facilitate investigator-sponsored studies. Responsibilities encompass building peer relationships, maintaining deep product and disease expertise, supporting clinical trial and ISS activities, delivering compliant scientific communication, representing Ipsen at conferences, and developing regional medical strategies. The MSL collaborates closely with cross-functional teams in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial to ensure aligned, patient-centric medical support. Requirements: Doctoral degree (MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, Nursing), 2-3 years of MSL experience with a focus on neurology, especially migraines/headaches, and strong knowledge of clinical research and regulatory guidelines. Preferred: Experience with product launches, lifecycle management, and familiarity with the therapeutic landscape. Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, project management, and presentation skills; ability to travel 50-70%. Work setup: Field-based within the Southwest region (AZ & NM), primarily virtual and in-person interactions, with significant travel.
