Medical Science Liaison (Somatic Oncology - Central/South Atlantic)

Role: Medical Science Liaison supporting Myriad's Somatic/Tumor Genomics portfolio within Precision Oncology, focusing on liquid and tumor profiling (NGS-based assays) for solid tumors. Responsibilities: act as a scientific resource to clinicians, providing education on biomarker-driven therapy selection, resistance mechanisms, and assay interpretation; engage with key opinion leaders, attend conferences, and stay current on clinical data and guidelines; support internal teams with scientific insights and contribute to strategic initiatives. Requirements: advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP/PA, Genetic Counseling), 3+ years in clinical, research, or industry roles with oncology and molecular diagnostics experience; proficiency in biomarkers, targeted therapies, and molecular testing; strong communication skills for clinician engagement and scientific education; willingness to travel 50-80%, including weekends.
