Responsibilities include maintaining deep expertise on NGS-based assays, engaging with oncologists, molecular pathologists, and specialists, providing scientific education, interpreting complex molecular data, and facilitating clinical integration of testing. The role involves building relationships with KOLs, representing the company at medical conferences, supporting scientific and clinical initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for strategic insights. Required qualifications include an advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MS, MD), 3+ years in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or related fields, with experience in NGS and biomarker interpretation. Preferred skills encompass strong communication, clinical engagement, and understanding of targeted therapies, resistance mechanisms, and guidelines (NCCN, ASCO). The position demands significant travel (50-80%) across the U.S., with occasional weekend commitments, and involves field-based, remote work.
