Role: Medical Science Liaison supporting Myriad's Somatic/Tumor Genomics portfolio within precision oncology. Responsibilities: serve as a scientific resource by maintaining deep knowledge of liquid and tumor profiling assays, staying current on clinical guidelines, engaging with KOLs, and representing the company at conferences; educate clinicians on assay interpretation and clinical utility; support oncology initiatives by identifying engagement opportunities, contributing to strategic insights, and collaborating on scientific content and training; assist with clinical and scientific inquiries, and facilitate communication between medical and commercial teams. Requirements: advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MS, MD, NP/PA), 3+ years in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or related field; expertise in biomarkers, targeted therapies, NGS, and understanding of resistance mechanisms; strong communication and relationship-building skills. HighValue: focus on liquid and tumor profiling, NGS assays, biomarker-driven therapy, resistance, and treatment monitoring in solid tumors; supporting clinical, research, or industry experience preferred. Work setup: travel 50-80%, primarily across the U.S., including occasional weekends; territory management flexibility required.
