Medical Science Liaison/Senior Medical Science Liaison (Southeast Region)

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for the Southeast region, serving as a scientific expert and external representative for Olema Oncology. Objectives include building relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, facilitating scientific exchange, supporting clinical research, and educating on Olema's breast cancer therapies. Responsibilities involve developing engagement plans aligned with medical strategies, providing medical insights to internal teams, supporting clinical trial initiatives, and representing Olema at scientific conferences. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD), minimum 5 years in medical affairs or field medical roles, with oncology expertise and solid tumor experience—breast cancer preferred. Skills include strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and project management abilities; analytical and strategic thinking essential. High-value specifics include focus on breast cancer, ER+/HER2- metastatic indications, and knowledge of clinical research, drug development, and therapeutic landscape. The role is field-based with 50% travel required, primarily in the Southeast region.
