Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) within Ipsenโ€™s U.S. Rare Disease Medical Affairs team, responsible for scientific engagement with Thought Leaders, Investigators, and Healthcare Providers to support clinical research, trials, and dissemination of evidence-based information on Ipsenโ€™s therapies. Responsibilities: develop peer relationships, deliver deep scientific expertise on rare disease treatments, support Investigator-Sponsored Studies, ensure accurate medical information, represent Ipsen at scientific events, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Requirements: doctoral degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, etc.), 2-3 years MSL experience in Rare Disease, knowledge of rare disease market dynamics, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and ability to travel 50-70%. Preferred: experience with product launches and life cycle management. HighValue: Rare Disease therapeutic area, clinical research support, investigator engagement, compliance with regulations, and territory coverage in Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin. Work setup: field-based, territory covering Central U.S., with a focus on scientific exchange and clinical trial facilitation.
